Abstract:
I will discuss some recent extensions of the Atiyah-Patodi-Singer index theorem to semi-Riemannian manifolds and a new method for analyzing Dirac operators in non-Euclidean signature, in particular on Minkowski space. This is joint work with Andras Vasy.
