A grave new threat to life as we know it is slowly gaining momentum.  No, not global
warming, but an even darker and viler threat – Zombie-ism.  Capable of rapidly consuming
entire communities, authorities are struggling to contain and control the situation.
Information is scarce and often contradictory, but it falls to us humble mathematical
modellers to save the day.  Using models, we will investigate a range of different
zombie scenarios.  Then, with the latest in modelling technology (video games!), we will
look at what is required to protect your own community, and why you should start hanging
around zombicidal maniacs.
